Regalia is a luxury residential skyscraper by renowned developer Deyaar. The building is located in the most prestigious area of Dubai — Business Bay. The building consist of ground floor and 76 floors. The project offers studios, 1-bedroom apartments, townhouses and spectacular 4-bedroom penthouses.
