Al Bateen Residences is a complex by Al Ain Holding company, located on the Persian Gulf promenade in Jumeirah Beach Residence area. The complex consists of two towers of 50 and 24 floors. The first one presents apartments and penthouses with 1-4 bedrooms, and the second one offers 110 hotel rooms under the management of the world famous DoubleTree by Hilton hotel chain. All residences have very spacious living rooms and fully equipped kitchens, while balconies offer spectacular views of the sea and the JBR strip.
