About Al Hamra Bayti Homes

Bayti Homes is a gated sub-community that is part of the coastal community of Al Hamra Village in Al Jazirat Al Hamra. The project was implemented by Al Hamra Real Estate Developers. The property in the complex consists of townhouses with 2-3 bedrooms, which are privately owned. Each townhouse is equipped with solar water heaters, centralized cooling and gas connection. The residences use water tanks with sufficient energy. To minimize the impact on the environment, LED lighting fixtures are used.
Residents have access to all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable living environment. Bayti Homes provides many amenities and services, including three parks, children’s playgrounds, outdoor pools, parking, and a gym. Residents have easy access to public beaches, a marina with a yacht club, schools, a golf club, supermarkets and hospitals.
