Marina 101 is a luxury 101-storey residential development in the Dubai Marina neighbourhood, Dubai. The skyscraper has a 45-metre high crown at the top and is fully 427 metres tall.
The building has 33 floors of the lower part dedicated to the Hard Rock Hotel, the middle part houses 1-2 bedroom serviced apartments, and the upper part houses 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses. All apartments feature fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms and semi-open-plan kitchens, as well as panoramic windows overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the canal and the Dubai Marina skyscrapers. Most of the residences in the complex are fully furnished.
The residents of the complex are provided with modern services and amenities: swimming pool, modern gym, Jacuzzi and sauna, children’s playground, panoramic restaurant on the top floor, playground and kindergarten, medical centre, concierge services, covered car parking, security and 24-hour video surveillance, high-speed lifts, conference room for events, barbecue area.
In the skyscraper’s surroundings there are various food outlets for every taste, pharmacies, offices and shops. From Marina 101, it is approximately 17 minutes’ drive to Dubai Mall, 9 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 14 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 8 minutes to The Walk JBR. Dubai International Airport is approximately 25 minutes‘ drive away and Al Maktoum International Airport is approximately 32 minutes’ drive away.
