Iris Bay is a modern high-rise commercial complex with a unique crescent-shaped architecture located in the Business Bay business district in the centre of Dubai. The project was developed by Sheth Estate International. The building comprises a 32-storey tower rising above a three-story perforated podium with a retail area, a ground floor and three basement levels of car parking.
Iris Bay is characterised by its original architecture, conveying a crescent shape, and its shaded glass façade. The rear wall is a continuous vertical curve interspersed with balconies.
Internally, Iris Bay offers a variety of office and retail spaces designed with modern technology.
The complex offers modern amenities for comfortable work, high speed internet, conference rooms, business halls. The building is under 24-hour security, high-speed lifts, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Iris Bay is located in close proximity to Dubai Creek Canal, Business Bay Metro Station and public transport links.
