About Dubai Properties Bahar
Bahar is an apartment complex located in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai. It consists of seven separate buildings, five of which include apartments, studios, duplexes and penthouses from 1 to 4 bedrooms. And the remaining two are Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach and Hilton Dubai The Walk.
Each building in the complex has CCTV and a security staff. There is underground parking for residents and guests can use the Green Parking.
On the territory of Bahar there are: barbecue areas, gym and fitness centre, cafes and restaurants, cinemas, banks, pharmacy, beauty salons for women and men, massage centre, kindergarten, coffee shop, Carrefour and Spinney shops.
All the necessary infrastructure is located near the complex – cafes, restaurants, shops, metro stations. In walking distance are bus stops JBR Station 1 and JBR Station 2. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Dubai British School. It also takes 15 minutes by car to NMC Royal Hospital, where you can get a full range of medical services.
The main attractions Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Mall can be reached in an average of 20 minutes. The Mall of the Emirates or Ibn Battuta Mall can be reached in about 15 minutes. Dubai International Airport or Al Maktoum International Airport is about 30 minutes away.
