Altan is a project by Emaar located in the Green Gate district at Dubai Creek Harbour, featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as three-bedroom townhouses. The building consists of a basement level, a ground floor with a lobby, three podium levels, and 53 residential floors.
