Baccarat Residences Tower 2 is the second tower and residential part of the Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai ensemble, located in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Also known as Baccarat Residences Dubai, it is developed in partnership with Shamal Holding and H&H Development, and exclusively represented by Sotheby’s International Realty.
The tower features a unique configuration: 2 basement levels, ground floor, 2 amenity floors, mezzanine, 8 residential floors, another mezzanine, 15 residential floors, and a final mezzanine. Its architecture, inspired by Baccarat’s 250-year heritage, evokes crystal forms, with a sleek glass façade and refined light play. The project was designed by Studio Libeskind with interiors by 1508 London.
The building includes just 42 residences: three- and four-bedroom apartments and full-floor penthouses with panoramic views, spacious terraces, elegant interiors, and crystal-inspired details.
Residents have access to shared amenities across both towers, including: two lobbies, lounge, infinity pool, yoga & fitness studio, spa, kids’ play area, fine dining restaurant, patisserie, meeting rooms, prayer room, and a private residents’ salon.
Key destinations such as Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Opera are reachable within a 20-minute walk, while Business Bay, DIFC, and DXB Airport are under 25 minutes by car.
