Bay Square is a mixed-use community located in the central Business Bay neighbourhood, Dubai. The project was developed by Dubai Properties, with Khatib & Alami as architectural consultants.
The development comprises 13 mid-rise buildings linked by a pedestrianised area with retail outlets, food outlets and a state-of-the-art gym. Bay Square comprises three residential complexes and a hotel offering a total of 326 apartments, 570 offices and 123 retail units.
